Troubleshooting

If you are encountering issues with your GSCC environment, please feel free to send a Mail or to give us a call at our support number.

Collect logs

To support you the best way possible, please send us your GSCC logs and configuration using the Support button in the GSCCAD application.

When clicking Support, a new window will open where you can select the hosts from which you want to collect logs:

After confirming the hosts, click Next. Now you can select which logs you want to include in the log collection:

When you selected all logs that should be collected, continue with Download and select the directory where you want to save the collected logs:

After clicking OK, a summary will show if the collection succeeded and how big the compressed file is:
